This mural is a stunning depiction of the actual Eagle Scouts and Scout Masters who made a Nationwide Safety Tour along the Lincoln Highway in 1928. The tour was a promotion of the Lincoln Highway and the Scouts' upcoming event of placing the Lincoln Highway concrete markers. Rich sepia tones highlight the detailed images of the young men posing for the celebratory photo and authentic color is instilled in the mural to illustrate the larger than life concrete marker.
